Mr Heikkilä founded the law office after completing his court training period in the Loimaa District Court in 1993. He has worked as the Managing Director of Heikkilä & Co ever since.

In the early days of his career, Mr Heikkilä handled numerous corporate collection and bankruptcy cases. He then branched out into other fields of business law. A successful entrepreneur in his own right, he has gained a great deal of practical experience in the business world and related legal issues. Today, Mr Heikkilä mainly focuses on company acquisitions, change of generation matters and other rearrangements of companies’ ownership structure.

Mr Heikkilä has completed the Approved Board Member (HHJ) course arranged by the Chamber of Commerce, further bolstering his expertise in both participating in and developing Board work in companies.
