Special expertise: Mr Warjus has worked as a corporate lawyer for more than 20 years. Among other positions, he has handled the global legal affairs of two international industrial groups. During his career, he has worked on numerous company acquisitions and reorganisations in Finland and more than 20 other countries. He has developed contractual matters and related processes at companies.

Mr Warjus has acquired special proficiency in matters relating to corporate real estate and environmental permits as well as acted as a legal adviser in housing and construction projects. He has given numerous lectures on contract law. Mr Warjus has served as a business executive and controller in the USA for five years. In addition, he has worked as a tax manager at an international group for around four years. He also has long experience of Board work in several industrial and commercial companies.

Mr Warjus is a member of the legal and tax committee of the Tampere Chamber of Commerce and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
