Johanna has extensive experience in working as an assistant and secretary in both the private and public sectors. For around 10 years, she has handled the matters and company reorganisations of shareholders (clients) of Yrittäjien Oikeussuoja Oy in close co-operation with Pertti J. Siikarla, Licentiate of Laws. She has also been responsible for the administration, customer service and customer contacts of that company, and serving as Mr Siikarla’s personal assistant. Over the years, Ms Martikainen has become especially familiar with documents and Trade Register issues relating to mergers, demergers, and the founding of companies.
