We provide companies and entrepreneurs with all the legal services they need over the entire lifecycle of their business. The firm was founded in 1993 by Timo Heikkilä, Attorney-at-law. He serves as the Managing Director and is one of the principal partners. The other principal partner is Attorney-at-law Ari Mertala, who heads up our offices in Helsinki and Tampere.
